I'm Sure This Has Been Brought Up Before, But, Have Not Seen It In Awhile. My Dw Is Highly Allergic To Cigarette Smoke. Having Never Been On A European Cruise Before, Does Rccl Change Their Smoking Policy On Their Ships? I Know About Smoking In Casino. And Some Lounges And On Balconies, But, Do They Allow Smoking In The Dining Rooms? (i Sure Hope Not) Thanks
