U.S. Dollars for onboard tipping?

Hi, we are two Aussies who are sailing on the Solstice in May 09. For our trip, the only place we will be needing any U.S. dollars is whilst on board the cruise. As most of the expenses will be billed to our onboard account I have a feeling that the only thing we will need any cash for is for tipping (and some of our gratuities we have already paid as they were included in the package our TA put together). Will there be somewhere on board that we will be able to get some small denominations (eg. $1 and $2 bills to use for other tipping?). Most currency exchanges in Australia don't deal with small denominations. We are not used to the practice of tipping in Aus and we don't wish to offend.

Your cruise package already includes your tips. The only tip money you will need would be for things delivered to your cabin such as room service. You should be able to get small bills at the onboard bank.
