Carnival Freedom - Spa Deck Family Staterooms

We have to decide tomorrow about 1105 on Glory in May.

We usually get a balcony, but this room looked so cool, we decided to give it a try. Someone mentioned that the views are obstructed, but the pictures all look great. Am I missing something here?

We are 2 adults, no kiddos. Hoping we will do all right on this cruise.

Hi - there is a very slight railing outside the windows, but nowhere as thick as the ones on a regular balcony or on the open decks, so I wouldn't consider it obstructed. It didn't bother me when I was in a 6E a couple years back.

You'll love it! As others have said - very roomy, quiet, and great access to open decks. We loved it so much we have another booked for the Freedom in May!

Oh, yes I did see the railing, but like you said, the balconies also have that obstruction, so no biggy to me.

It is so strange that on our sailing there are a lot of these cabins available (May 16th) but all the others (well the ones I looked at anyway) they are all booked.

Today we decide, thank you for your help.:)
