Just wondering if I can get a pedicure/manicure at the spa (Triumph). Are spa menus/prices posted anywhere?

I personally think they're overpriced. I know that you pay more while on vacation, but I know I can get the same services at home much cheaper. I've also heard they do a pretty hard sell on their products. Perhaps someone who has had services can tell you if they're worth the price.
