sorkat Posted November 2, 2004 #26 Share Posted November 2, 2004 Brenda...I agree...New Orleans pier is very nice. Sorry about sending the rain your way...we were through with it ;)
RSteele Posted November 2, 2004 #27 Share Posted November 2, 2004 Phil The picture that you put on your posting of the Galaxy..taken from the Harbour House@Pier21...was that the ship that was the fartherest from the camera? If so, was it docked. It was my understanding that the Harbour House is next to the pier...that looked like a long walk...my DH isn't going to appreciate my 4 bags and his...lugging it down to that ship! Maybe I just won't show him that picture... :D
springtxbill Posted November 2, 2004 #28 Share Posted November 2, 2004 It is the far one. The walk to a Carnival ship would be okay but to the other one gets to be a good haul.:)

RSteele Posted November 3, 2004 #30 Share Posted November 3, 2004 Thanks for the info...and the fun map...that was neat. Maybe we'll drive down with the luggage then take the car back, park it and then walk back. Where there is a will...there's a way.
