Pharmacies in the shopping district

Please no flaming here. I have read the posts and the warnings about purchasing "OTC" available drugs from Belize and other non-US countries.

 

I'd just like an up-to-date answer: TIA.

 

Are there still pharmacies in shopping district right off the tenders that sell these OTC drugs?

yes there are 3 there, just beware of what you are buying. Some things are not what they say they are.

I didn't notice it last year or I would have wandered in and looked around..... I must have been in a hurry to catch the tender back to the ship. I do remember it was extremely hot that day and I had been wandering around in the the city looking around.

:D Too Funny!! My girfriend & I wandered in so I could find nail polish &

almost got mowed down by a herd of elderly cruisers in search on ******!!

We did end up buying Retinol for abt $8.50....would have cost more like $100 in the US by the time I had a dermatological consultation so I could get the prescription written. This was Dec of 07.
