Tips are automatically charged to your S&S.

 

You can have them removed and hand them out yourself, but why????

 

Leaving the tips on insures everyone gets their tips. Plus, you don't have to run around the last night trying to find everyone you want to tip. There are many more fun things to do on the ship than trying to find everyone!

 

If you leave the tips on, there is nothing stopping you from tipping extra if you feel someone deserves it.

By default, they are. You can, however, go to the purser and ask them to be removed. Tip by cash. Me...I leave the automatic tip on and reward people who I think have done an outstanding job with extra cash
