cat7100 Posted October 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Hi Everyone! Was hoping somebody might have some info or pictures of cabin 1100 on Serenade of the Seas. This is the first time we are upgrading to Junior Suite. Would like to get a better idea of cabin and balcony size and view. Thank you all in advance! lablvr2 Posted October 19, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2008 On our Jewel cruise in January, we had the chance to visit with our CC friends in cabin 1100. It was huge - you will LOVE it! It was totally different than the JS we had on Radiance but that was not an aft JS. The balcony is the real deal with this cabin. Enjoy your cruise! Kathy I'll make it easier, LOL, just click here: http://travel.webshots.com/album/548908218rSJtnN The pics are from 2004, so the bedding is the older model. The new stuff is much better! For the money, 1100 is the best cabin on the ship. Enjoy!

We had booked it for Alaska this June but had to change our plans but we will definitely be in that cabin someday! Kathy:)
Ron27 Posted October 19, 2008 #6 Share Posted October 19, 2008 Here are some pictures of 1100 on Radiance: http://picasaweb.google.com/Ron92201/Radiance1100# We have this cabin for Alaska next year. I can't wait to see it.
lmmn Posted October 20, 2008 #7 Share Posted October 20, 2008 We stayed in 1100 a couple years ago for an Alaska cruise. The cabin is awesome, especially the balcony. I was a little disappointed that we had problems with the safe all week. We also had to watch that the kids closed the door, as it did not shut tight automatically. I'm sure these issues have been fixed by now. Enjoy!

manuelstar Posted October 20, 2008 #9 Share Posted October 20, 2008 We had the JS 1100 on the Jewel recently on the Canada cruise out of Boston. The cabin is very beautiful and the highlight is the huge balcony. You will have a fantastic view from the balcony! Enjoy the JS 1100:)

manuelstar Posted October 20, 2008 #11 Share Posted October 20, 2008 Those are fabulous pictures! What kind of camera do you have? Thank you!:) It is the Nikon D700 body together with a 24-70mm Nikon lens. I am really satisfied with the quality of the camera. I was able to take some good pictures with that camera at sailaway from Boston. The scenery was awesome with the sunset and the skyline of Boston. Not to forget that was from the balcony of JS 1100.:)
