nanocats Posted October 22, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2008 I'll be sailing on the Oosterdam and booked a private excursion for Cabo. Our excursion starts at 10am. We arrive in Cabo at 8am. Is there enough time to get to the excursion (it is a 15 minute walk from the tender dock)? Basically, what time do they generally start tendering for people not on ship excursions and about how long does the tender take? Thanks!
funlovin'cruiser Posted October 22, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2008 Hello!! You should have no problem. Just make sure that all of you are ready to go to shore and then report to wherever they are handing out the tender tickets. What happens is that the tenders are sometimes moving faster than shore excursions and sometimes, they will send a group of 30 shore ex people down to get on a tender, but then have another 20-30 spaces open for non-shore ex people. So, if you get there early, aim for being there when the tickets begin to go out, you should be fine. Besides, Cabo is so nice that you can hang out on the pier and soak up the sun until you are ready to go on your excursion.
brucory Posted October 22, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 22, 2008 Is Cabo time different to the ship time? Does this affect the time for private excursions?
