Cave tubing questions

I saw people wearing Teva type sandals and old tennis shoes that did just fine.

I know you said you don't plan on buying water shoes but I bought a cheap pair of water shoes at Wal-Mart for about $5 and they have been one of the best investments I have made. Light weight, look like tennis shoes, comfortable, protects your feet from rocky beaches, and they are easy to rinse out and clean when you get back to the ship.

If I remember correctly some people that wear old tennis shoes just leave them at the park for the locals.
