Juice with Soda Card?

Search isn't working for me, sorry. I should know this, but we've never gotten the soda card before. Can we use it to get pineapple juice at the bar?

THANKS!

My son tells me that any juice available at the bar is available with a soda card.

Okay, dug out an old card ... on the card it has: 'Show this card at any bar location for fountain sodas and juice. This card cannot be used for Room Service and can only be used for sodas or juice by the glass. Only one glass of soda will served at a time and is non-transferable.'

So, I guess if any bar has pineapple juice you are good to go!!

glad the soda is good for more then just soda! can use the juice for the smugglers punch! i prolly wont even get a soda card though because to be worth it you would have to have at least 3 soda's a day to just break even, right? or is my math off?

About that .. but we also keep in mind that a glass is not a full can. It's easy for my son to have 3 glasses with just one meal. Then, when he's in the casino or piano bar, he can still order a soda or juice. He's 20, not old enough to drink but takes advantage of the 'adult' venues on the ship.

The purchase of a soda card for him is well worth it!

For those (like my DH) whose kidneys perfuse on soda instead of water, the cost of the card is well worth it! While I probably don't get my money's worth (technically), I always buy the card for the convience. Having the card automatically gets me a diet coke for dinner (with refills), diet soda in the mornings, and something to drink when coming back from port. (We don't consume much in the way of alcohol, so the cards are what we drink!) Unfortunately, I didn't know I was entitled to juice on my previous cruises but would definitely use it for that as well on my next cruise. I guess it depends on preference, but I find the "show the card, get a soda" at any bar to be really convient!

I thought you were able to get juice as part of the cruise itself or is that only during certain times of the day? For instance just breakfast??? Still unsure of whether to get the soda card for my BF or not as he will drink juice for breakfast, I am assuming you can get iced tea or coffee with dinner. He thinks he would probably only order 1-2 a day and I am taking along Mt. Dew also.

There are some juices available all day on Lido in the buffet area...but the choices are limited. Usually fruit punch, lemonade, apple juice and iced tea. With the soda card you can get any juice served at the bars such as pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry, etc.

You do get your choice of juice in the dining room for breakfast with your meal. Not to sure about it at buffet for lunch or dinner and pretty sure I have gotten before on lido for breakfast. Yes you do get Tea or coffee for dinner. It doesn't sound like you would need to get a soda card if the only thing you were concerned with was juice.

We were just on the Glory last week and had lemonade, fruit punch, guava juice, iced tea, and coffee available at breakfast. The rest of the day they just had lemonade and iced tea. Anything else you wanted you had to have a soda card. In my opinion, it was very much worth it unless you like lemonade or tea 24/7!
