Horseback riding in Belize - Carnival Legend

We will be on Carnival Legend / Belize port this December. My daughter is an exerienced rider but unable to participate in any of the Carnival horseback riding excursion because she does not meet the 12 yr old age requirement (she is 10). Can any one recommend a horseback riding excursion in Belize that I could book direct?
