Some questions from a first time cruiser

I am thinking of booking the March 15 Insignia transatlantic cruise - Barbados to Barcelona - and have a few questions - some that apply to a transatlantic and some general.

 

Has anyone been on previous Oceania transatlantic trips? If so, were they booked to capacity, or was the ship not full?

 

On sea days, were there many activities offered? (e.g. trivia games, crafts, lectures) I don't need much, just curious.

 

Also on sea days, does the pool area get crowded? Is the pool heated? (I read somewhere that it was)

 

Disembarking at a port - are there lines to get off, or do things move quickly?
