Belize Excursion Help

We've been to Belize before. We did the cave tubing tour which also gave us a close up view of the land while traveling to the river site(very poor and sad conditions). It was okay, not impressive. Our DD and her two kids (10 & 8) have never visited before. The DW and I want to stay on board (plus its a tender port).

So, my question is.... what can they do while in Belize? Cave tubing is out due to the kid's ages (and recent death there). Zip lining is not an option either. We were thinking that maybe she should take the cruise's beach break excursion.

She doesn't want to do anything "educational".

Any ideas/suggestions?
