Can we take it for a whole week?

So what are (were) the fun activities in Grand Cayman? We like beaches and mild adventure like snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, sailing. We also love to eat! Any outstanding, not-to-be-missed restaurants or bars? We're considering a week-long stay at the Ritz Carlton after they open and are wondering if we might get bored after a whole week. Any thoughts?

I spent five days there and loved every minute. Took a whole day on an island tour that went everywhere, from one end to another. Another day, went snorkeling, sting ray city, another day beached it, another day shopped, etc. Lazy days, wonderful days. We did the Jolly Roger dinner/sunset cruise on a Pirate ship -- that was great.

We went during their Pirate Festival, which is in October. Lots of fun activities to do then that make it extra special -- parades, concerts, fireworks, etc.

They were still building the Ritz when we were there 2 years ago. I know it takes a long time to get things built on the islands, but it looked like it was going to be a grand place! Have fun!
