GMC Posted November 4, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2004 I am sailing the AOS in May 2005. I have booked my own airfare from Georgia. Do I need to take a taxi to the cruise terminal or can I get a RCI transfer. If I can get a transfer how do I make the RCI arrangements? Any suggestions? Any other info anyone would like to share to make this a exciting trip please feel free to contribute. Thanx
cruiseman_tx Posted November 4, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2004 Taking a cab is faster than the ship's transfer. Rates are controlled and pre-set.
mringenoldus Posted November 4, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2004 Definitely take a cab. There is a central taxi stand outside of the terminal that will write you a ticket for your fare and assign you to the next available cab. The charge for 2 people and 4 bags to Condado area was $17.50.
springtxbill Posted November 4, 2004 #4 Share Posted November 4, 2004 If you insist on the transfer just have your TA contact RCCL and add it to your reservation. The price for the transfer for one will probably be close to the taxi fare for two.
