You might want to try Palau in Micronesia. The water is crystal clear and warm, and the snorkeling and diving some of the best in the world, if not the best. But it is a long way and hard to get to. But brilliant underwater and beautiful above.

Looked it up through Google, had never heard of it from Belgium almost impossible to go to but .......... we never know
