Booked FOS mystery dinner...who to contact for vegetarian meal?

I don't even know if this is possible because it's the evening of our first day.

But who should I contact to give it a shot?

The only vegetarian meals request that I can find is for Indian cuisine. You should send your request to:

Go directly to the restaurant as soon as you board. We are vegetarians and did the Mistery Dinner on the Brilliance (had a blast). It was at Portofino's, so they had plenty of choices for us (make sure to mention you don't want them to use chicken/beef stock on the dishes you order). The show wasn't held on the first day, but we made the reservation the same day by phone from our cabin, and told them we were vegetarians. Later on, in the afternoon we went to the restaurant to confirm our diet preference.
