Cruising89143 Posted November 9, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2008 Just returned today from the Freedom eastern route. Lobster was served on Friday night. It is called the Fisherman's Platter.
Crosboro Posted November 10, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 10, 2008 But don't get too excited. It's not a Maine lobster, so the flavor is somewhat lacking. That being said, our last cruise, on the first lobster night, we found that they were not steamed, so asked the maitre'd the day before the second lobster night if we could get our's steamed. He did exactly that and brought us each two, which we shared with our table-mates. Much better tasting. And, justified the tip for him!
