Fruitloopz Posted November 10, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2008 I am just wonder if anyone one uses or has used the relief band and what your thoughts on the band are? Thanks
family cruisers Posted November 10, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 10, 2008 My BF has used them on our last three cruises NYC to Bermuda without incident. Our most recent cruise 10/19 - 10/26 was very rough waters for our first 30 hours and he didn't get sick at all while alot of others on our ship did and stayed in their cabins.. Hope this helps you and theirs no drowsy side effects :)
figi28 Posted November 10, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 10, 2008 I used them on my last cruise and didn't get seasick! :)
Fruitloopz Posted November 10, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted November 10, 2008 I just plopped down $150.00 for them and have the company sending it to me over night express mail...I have also purchased ginger tablets. I can not take alot of the motion sickness meds due to my prescription medications and on our last cruise I did get very ill for 24 hours and do not want to waste my vacation time hugging the commode. So my Husband who flies airplanes suggested I might try to find a relief band and I did and so we shall see. I have read nothing but excellent reviews with the exception of one or two who swear they did nothing for them? We shall see.
raudacruise Posted November 10, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 10, 2008 MaryBeth swears by them for both airsickness and seasickness. Make sure you take an extra battery - you don't want to run out.
