documents and OBC question

If you have completed your documents online, and then are granted an OBC, will the documents be amended to show the credit online, or are the documents final once you complete them? I should have recevied a credit, but it isn't showing up on page 6 of my documents. However, I did complete the docments before the credit was issued by my travel agency. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

"MY DOCUMENTS" looks to be updated almost instantly after you make any change, including credits, excursions, etc. There's a box at the bottom of the statement on page 6 of MY DOCUMENTS for OBC. ken

Thanks Ken. Nothing shows on my documents so I guess I had better find out what is happening.
