ginger pills for sea sickness really work

If you get sea sick you should take natural ginger tablets, they really work and you have no side effects like you have from other drugs and the patch.

I agree! I use them along with Seabands, and do just fine!

How many/how often? We were fortunate in our last cruise to have sailed between all those nasty hurricanes and had fabulous weather and very calm seas. Packed all the meds but did not have to use any! :D

We hit three of them on our 15 day Panama Cruise. I bought the patches and they didn't get packed. A fellow CC'er gave me ginger. Worked great.

Ginger worked great for me..I take them for bus rides also..stash a few in my bag for the return trip also. :D
