conquest dining times

We are sailing on the Conquest with my MIL who has trouble walking. I am trying to get a room near the elevators close to the dining rooms. Does anyone know what specific times the 2 dining rooms have? We would probably like late dining which is 8:15 or 8:30 but which time goes to which dining room? Hope this makes sense lol.

We had late dining in the Renior (Conquest), and our cabin was located on the Aft. Very short walk to the elevators and straight down to the dining room.

Both dining rooms are either 6:00 or 8:15 p.m. No more 8:30.

We just came off of Conquest.
