mamadot Posted November 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Does anyone know the schedule for HAL ships to go to dry dock? I think the Maasdam, Veendam and Ryndam are due for major changes soon. Just anxious to know which ones first!
fann1sh Posted November 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I picked up this tip from RichWmn! If you take a look at the schedule at this link, look for the light blue areas. This indicates "under construction" = wet or dry dock. http://www.hollandamerica.com/find-cruise-vacation/DestinationCalendar.action A recent thread is here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=824628
jtl513 Posted November 19, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 19, 2008 The thread that fann1sh cited is somewhat old. Latest info has it that the Sailing Schedule table is still wrong for the Maasdam - she won't get her major re-fit until "late 2010", not Jan 2009. The Veendam will be first: Mar 29 to Apr 29 2009. Rotterdam will be second: Nov 18 to Dec 16 2009. Ryndam will be 3rd: Jan 16 to Feb 13 2010. Statendam will be done Mar 26 to Apr 23 2010.
rochelle_s Posted November 19, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 19, 2008 What about the Oosterdam? Is it not going into drydock in April 2009? Rochelle
Deb C. Posted November 19, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 19, 2008 The Jan. 09 date is wet dock for Maasdam.
