riderfan89 Posted November 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2008 When are the formal nights on the Glory, Eastern Caribbean? DH and I are wanting to make supper club reservations, but we don't want to make them for the formal nights. Thanks in advance...

gtalum Posted November 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 20, 2008 The first one is the night of Nassau (second night), and the second one is the second sea day (second to last night of the cruise).

A sport shirt and dress pants is the new code. No more suits, tie's,or tuxes.
riderfan89 Posted November 21, 2008 Author #8 Share Posted November 21, 2008 From what I've read on these boards, there is a wide range on the cruise elegant nights (I was aware of the change). There are still plenty of men in suits and sport coats. We will be dressing "up". I feel it's what's appropriate.
nybumpkin Posted November 22, 2008 #9 Share Posted November 22, 2008 How do you figure the concept is the same?A sport shirt and dress pants is the new code. No more suits, tie's,or tuxes. DH and sons wore tuxes for "formal" nights, and now they wear them for "elegant" nights. What others wear is of no concern to us. gtalum, thanks for the info - we're sailing in February, and I'm thinking we'll make our reservations for St. Maarten night.
