CaribbeanAmphibian Posted November 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2008 I know that NCL offers cribs for children under 2, do you just need to call them to make sure one is in the room or can you wait till your on board and ask your room steward for one? Thanks
NYreadytogo Posted November 25, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 25, 2008 When I was on the Norwegian Dawn they had Pack-n-Plays, not cribs- and we brought our own little extra mattress for the baby to make it more comfortable (he was 13 months, so he is more picky). I would recommend calling ahead of time, because they have a limited number, and the cabin steward may not know where to find one. We ordered one ahead of time, but it was not in the room when we arrived, so we mentioned it to the cabin steward, and one was brought- so I imagine it's possible to request one after you board as well, but may be risky. non Posted November 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 25, 2008 We're going in NCL Sky next month and sent an email to acccessdesk@ncl.com inquiring about this same question. They looked at my profile and told me that it says pack and play right now and asked if I prefer a crib instead. I told them that I do want a crib instead of a pack and play. If your cruise is after mine, I'll tell you how it goes when I get back. Of course, you're going in a different ship so my experience may not apply. rskalko Posted December 5, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 5, 2008 Can anyone post a pic of the crib given to them on NCL? I am curious to check it out... how large is it and where did you put it? We will need one this Feb for our 6.5 month old and we'll be in a balcony.
