When is hurricane season in the islands?

Hi, when is it not a good time to take a cruise for stormy weather?

Espiacially in the islands when snorkeling is the main theme of the cruise?

You know that's a hard one, I don't think there's any bad time. Hurricane season is from around April - November but considering less than a dozen come through the Caribbean in a season and only effect a small number of islands, pretty much all year is good snorkel season. I've snorkeled or scuba dived pretty much every month of the year and only had two cruises that were effected by hurricanes and in both cases we went diverted to an unaffected island where I was able to snorkel or dive with no problems. Land-based is a bit different as the hotel can't go to another island if a storm is coming.
