sea pass question

Recommended Posts

The documents state that you need to show a major credit card at the beggining and at the end of the cruise you will get a statement and it will be charged to the credit card. Does it need to be charged to that credit card? could you pay with another form (cash) if you wanted?

I want to take extra cash for the trip, but if I dont use it all, Could I use it towards the statement at the end of the cruise?

There is another way. My husband did it when we went on our cruise. You give them an amount of cash at the beginning of the cruise. When you use it up you can give them more; it's keeps you from getting "sticker shock" at the end of the cruise. You can keep track of how much you are spending using the TV too. I can't remember what channel now, but they give you all of the info when you get on the ship. Have a great time.

Happy Cruising

gisi102,

I've also read on these posts that you can charge "Shipboard Credit" prior to the cruise (if you want to try and save up some $$ along the way!)

You call the Onboard Gift number and purchase it through them.
