Fishtales6 Posted December 3, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2008 Has anyone else had difficulties with the CCL webiste. I've tried to book excursions over the last three days, without success. Called the toll free line from the error message, on hold for 28 minutes, to be told "Web site is being fixed. Keep trying it." Does it not seem rational that CCL would post a note on the site stating that they realize booking an excursion will not happen until they can repair the site? I was trying to fill out our funpasses and kept getting error pages. I gave it a little while and went back and was able to finish them but then couldn't update my profile to include the new booking. I gave it a little while longer and eventually everything started working.
