debarkation day taxi rental to airport

Quick question, we have an early evening flight on debarkation day. What are our options to rent a car at the port, go to the rainforest and then to the airport. Has anyone ever done this? Are there car rental companies at the pier?

Assuming your ship docks at the piers in Old San Juan (versus the Pan American pier on the south side of San Juan Bay), there is a Hertz counter at the Sheraton right across the street from the piers.

 

Other options are Charlie's Car Rental and Enterprise. They should be able to pick you up at the pier.
