Not exactly what you are asking, but we can recommend the El Eden zipline thingy in Puerto Vallarta. Well run, good equipment, a real hoot. Just be sure that you have the time to get up there, do the zips, and get back. Thanks to a rockslide blocking the only road to and from, we almost missed the boat...
