Scuba tune-up course on RCL

I was wondering if anyone has taken the Scuba tune-up refresher course on a Royal Caribbean cruise and has some feedback about it. I haven't dived for a year and was hoping to do a dive during my cruise on Adventure of the Seas. I don't know whether to do the refresher course at home before I leave or on the boat. It seems like it's $49 on the boat, whereas if I do it at home, a refresher course is $100. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm a Divemaster and charge $50. Part of it is going back over educational review and part in the water. It is well worth it to raise your comfort level if you have not been in the water in a while.
