Galveston website for free parking cupon

I know that there is a Galveston website to get a $10 off cupon for parking. Anyone know what it is? Any tips on which garage or easy parking?

For parking information in Galveston, check www.portofgalveston.com and then click on "Cruise Information" and then "Parking". The coupon for parking was valid only until March 31st, so is no longer available.
