Budget Conscious Tampa hotel!!

Good Day,

 

We are looking for a pre and post hotel room in Tampa.

 

We arrive in Tampa very late on December 27th and are looking a cheap hotel as we'll only be there to sleep and thats it - anything close to port that offers free transfers would be great.

 

BTW - which terminal does Carnival use?

 

We also need a hotel for the night of Jan 4th. We get off the ship of course very early that morning and would like to find a hotel close to Busch Gardens (if possible) and maybe that offers free transfers to and from Busch Gardens and/or early check in, or at least a hotel that will allow us just to dump our bags and go if we can't get early check in? We are spending the day at BG and don't fly out until early afternoon on the 5th.

We are staying at the Howard Johnson Plaza before our cruise in Feb. They have a snooze and cruise for $105 per night parking or free shuttle from the airport and shuttle to port.
