Gingee Posted December 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2008 What is the difference between BD and BC on the Spirit? We are BD and shortly in front of us is BC. This is on the tenth floor. Also, I know there are only balconies starting on the ninth floor. We have never been up so high as the tenth floor. Will be feel lots of movement? Too late now but kind of nice to know. Ralphinsc Posted December 15, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 15, 2008 The only real difference is location. We were in a BD this past week and it was the same as any other blacony cabin I saw.
Gingee Posted December 15, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted December 15, 2008 Well the rooms look the same to me also. Not sure which is better. I guess the ones more in the middle. So, how about movement?
Ralphinsc Posted December 15, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 15, 2008 Middle may be slightly less affected by the movement, but if your BD is pretty close to the BC's it is very negligible and IMO not worth anything extra.
kat89447 Posted December 16, 2008 #5 Share Posted December 16, 2008 Location is the only difference. You should be fine if you are close to a BC, and the Spirit does have a little sway, but it is more soothing than seasick type. My sister gets seasick very easily and did not have a problem. We were on the 9th floor, but my parents were on the 10th and there wasn't any difference in the sway.
