Carnival Snorkel Excursions

Does anyone know if all of the snorkel excursions leave directly from the ship? The only description that mentions it is the one to Goff's Caye. I called Carnival and have received both yes and no answers - since the trip to Turneffe and the Barrier Reef sounded better. I thought this would save some time, rather than tendering to shore for an independent tour, then back out to the reef.

The Carnival Shore Excursion guide available on board the Carnival Legend states that the Turneffe, Goff's Cay and Sergeant's Cay snorkle trips leave straight from the cruise ship.
