Formal Nights on EOS

I realize the nights aren't always necessarily the same but does anyone know which nights they usually have the formal nights on the 9 day EOS out of Bayonne? Thanks.

From what I can tell from past menus on a EOS 9-night sailing, the formal nights are nights 2&8.
