Paradise beach or Playa Mia with a 16 year old

Could anyone give me advice; I have been to playa mia with my son and other cousins and they had a blast. I believe the three of us have been to paradise beach. they may have changed since we went there several years ago.

 

If you were taking a 16 year old, which one would you choose and why?

 

Info on prices, activities, crowds, etc would be appreciated! Thanks,

I love Paradise Beach. Such a wonderful place and the Nachos are so good. Ask for the green salsa if you like spicy stuff, oh how I wish I had some now. The water is great there, the host is fantastic and the drinks are cold. Have a wonderful time in Cozumel.

I know that I will have a great time in Coz; it is one of the few ports that I have been to that I would like to stay for a couple of days!
