Postcards disappeared

Hi guys,

We were on the Galaxy for the 5 march sailing.

We gave 6 postcards to the Banker on the Galaxy to be sent to Europe. We paid in cash for the stamps.
My parents did the same, with 7 postcards.

This is almost a month ago. None of the postcards were delivered. This seems to be abnormally long.

Anyone has experience with sending postcards from the Galaxy ?
