decorating stateroom for dd bday

do you think if i "tipped the stateroom"attendent well if he would decorate our room with decorations from both the cruise line and a few that we would bring on the ship. we are doing rc enchantment for her 3rd bday and it would make her day if there was tinkerbell in her room to celebrate.. also we would also purchase a cake for her.. do you think if we gave the waitstaff a tinkerbell candle and an extra tip they would put it on her cake when they brought it out

I would be willing to say that the candle in the cake is a no brainer...they would have no problem doing this. As far as the decorations, on RCCL, I was told on Freedom they they have "special staff" doing this.

 

But if you leave some money for the cabin attendant, I bet he/she would make sure that it gets done.
