Solstice 2C (Help!)

After reading/searching the threads I am still confused. Am I correct: 2C have an obstucted view either: 1) Lifeboat obstruction--looking down but otherwise unobstructed horizon view or 2) Solar Panel obstruction -- again looking down but otherwise unobstructed horizon view ???

 

Also, if at all possible avoid Cat 7 as there is quite a bit more obstruction?

 

What 2c cabins are the best? Which ones to avoid? Could you see across the horizon if seated?
