Toyz711 Posted December 29, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2008 yes, you can. but remember, the water on the ship is great. we have learn our lesson, we take a water bottle and refill it..using the water at the buffet's water station. (just use a glass to fill, they don't let you put a used water bottle under the spout)

terrymtex01 Posted December 29, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 29, 2008 I have to agree with Toyz and John. I am a VERY picky person when it comes to drinking water, but on all three NCL ships we have been on their drinking water was excellent.
wkelly5688 Posted December 30, 2008 #5 Share Posted December 30, 2008 I only drink bottled or filtered water also, but the water right out of the tap is great! I went to an educational seminar on how the ship operates and the chief engineer explained how they make heir own water right on the ship. canuckgal Posted December 30, 2008 #6 Share Posted December 30, 2008 i know everyone says the tap water is great, but i personally found the water on the Sun just awful (sorry!) i had to add a little juice to mask the flavor. (but, i can also feel it if there is a little pea under my 20 mattresses)- and i'm used to canadian tap water, too. i didn't understand why people used brita filters till i went to orange county- then i got it. jstbhpy Posted December 31, 2008 #7 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Yes. We took a case of water on the Pearl this past week (Dec. 21-28) and it made it to our suite no problem!
tonykj1 Posted December 31, 2008 #8 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Only drink water, so am just curious. I am picky about my water and drink a lot of bottled water when I am at home. However, after having been on over 10 cruises, I have really enjoyed the ships drinking water on each one. I have never been disappointed with the quality or the taste. But if you bring your own bottled water, that should not be a problem either! Enjoy your trip! Tony
fsharp Posted December 31, 2008 #9 Share Posted December 31, 2008 I have somewhat the same question. Since we have a refrigator (Jewel - Jan 4) I would like to keep bottled water in the room. It is just handy to have water around when you want to take some with you. My daughter also likes Can you just put a luggage tag on a case & expect it to show up? garycarla Posted December 31, 2008 #10 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Yes, you can. But, the official policy is no. See notes in link below.
nlt46 Posted December 31, 2008 #11 Share Posted December 31, 2008 You are also still going to be in the US. You can buy bottled water at every port you stop at. There really is no need to bring a case, but if you want to, you can. Nancy
