Emerald/Riviera Deck PH noise?

There is a slight possibility that we may be offered an upgrade to a PH suite located on the Riviera deck, just below Neptune's Reef & Pool. I was wondering if it would be smart to move from an aft cabin to one in this location.

 

I'm concerned about noise and dragging chairs. Has anyone had any experience with these issues while in a PH suite in this area?

There have been several posts in this forum about the dragging of chairs very early in the morning from persons who were upgraded to the suites on Riviera.

 

I would put in the cabin numbers and try a search.
