Celebrity and obstructed view cabins

I find it interesting that after years of denying that there were any obstructed view cabins on the Millennium class ships, Celebrity has quickly acknowledged that there are many obstructed view cabins on the Solstice, including some that apparently have very little obstruction. I wonder if Celebrity finally got tired of passengers complaining about the undisclosed obstructed views.

I too am curious. I am checking into a cruise on the Solstice and in the find print it indicates these may be obstructed. What does this mean? Life boats? What exactly is obstructing the view of class 7 and 7c veranda on the Solstice?
