murphykputts Posted April 23, 2004 #26 Share Posted April 23, 2004 That is the agency I'm talking about. Also on your docs it shows the price of the cruise. If your price is different then that talk to your TA. I think RCCL is very good at the discounts. A person on our cruise booked direct and they gave her a discount. Plus, if you get an agent that is far (like I did) it may take a couple of day longer for your docs. (I didn't feel like fighting the traffic) I grew up in Barrington and my Husband is from Palatine. murphykputts Posted April 23, 2004 #27 Share Posted April 23, 2004 Another reason why I went with a cruise only TA is thinking I have a better chance for an upgrade. Right now that our cruise is almost full. I leave in 2 weeks but I can keep you posted. They only booked the cruise. I did my own airfare (had 1 free flight and got 159 RT direct from ORD) I don't think the TA could of done better than that. Also used a free Marriott room for the night prior. She did save us $$ on insurance.
