Cab ride to Coconuts

Anyone have an idea of what Cab fare is to go from town over to Coconuts? We've been to Coz once before and did the ruins & a couple of beaches on the west side. We're thinking about seeing at least a little bit of the east side this time around before coming back to Dzul Ha till it's time to leave..

In 2006 we paid $50 for a 3 hour tour that included a stop at Coconuts for drinks, chips and salsa (not included in cab fare) and stops at several of the beaches.

It is now about $30 one way to get to Coconuts. That might have changed since fuel prices have come down. At that price, you would be almost cheaper renting a car. Now if you are drinking, stick to the cab. Sometimes you can negotiate a price for a couple of hours.
