I see that you can get a mattress crate for your bed. Do I order this ahead of time?? If so how??

I had requested one prior to our Tahitian Princess cruise last year, and it was NOT there when we boarded. I asked our room Steward and she said they were hard to come by, but she DID dig one up!

I guess I would try to request ahead. I think I had to actually fax something... Call Princess customer service!

I called 1-800-Princess this afternoon to request extra pillows and an eggcrate for our bed. They took the order for the pillows but told me I had to fax in writing the request for the eggcrate. Here is the fax number include your booking number, room number if you have it, your name and ship information to 1-661-284-4885.

If you booked your cruise through a TA, your TA should handle this request for you. Ours recommended we contact her a week before our cruise so she can fax in our request. We've never had a problem with it not being either in our room, waiting to be put on the bed that night, or already on the bed.
