glrydays Posted January 13, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2009 From the way the aft of the freedon class ships is designed, if I am in 1402 on Deck 10 can you look down into all the balconies below? Is there still a good view of the ocean and an "open" feel to it? We thought we would try aft, but now not so sure....

Is there still a good view of the ocean and an "open" feel to it? We thought we would try aft, but now not so sure.... We have been in JS1406 on the Indy and although still nice, we did not enjoy it as much as our first choice aft cabins which are on the Radiance Class followed by the Voyager Class, certainly more steel structure around you. If you stand at the balcony you look straight down onto the Suite balconies below, yes, you still get the best view of the ocean of any of the aft cabins but not quite the "open" feel!!!! But all that said, would still have them in preference to any other balcony cabin.
honeywell Posted January 13, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 13, 2009 I have 1402 reserved on my next cruise and LOVE the fact that the other cabins cannot look down on MY balcony! :D I also like a mix of sun and shade, which this location provides. A GREAT cabin choice!
