Molly Doble Posted January 13, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2009 Hi Much to my husbands horror i am already starting to look and plan our next cruise, well the one after our March cruise.:D With the Dawn and Sun Princess being American ships is everything on board in US dollars? What is the legal drinking age on these ships? I was looking at the deck plans for the Sun Princess and the oceanview rooms seems smaller than when we were on the Sapphire Princess. That surprised me a little. Have you stayed in the Oceanview cabins? We loved cruising on the Sapphire Princess :):) and we think we would like to do another Princess cruise. Thanks Tania
S&D Posted January 14, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2009 Hi there, The Sun class ships are a nice size ship, the cabins are definately a bit smaller than the Sapphire/Diamond. All classes of cabin are a little smaller...with the EXCEPTION of the mini suites...the Sun class ships have mini suites the size of a suite on the other ships in the Princess fleet. Wonderful...and with a very large balcony. The Sun is in Australian $$, we cruised to Asia on her, a lovely trip, great staff good food and altogether a good choice to cruise on. Hope this helps.
