labadee historical walking tour??

Has anyone done this excursion??? i am thinking of doing this while my son and DH are on the wave runner tour..... just curious if it is worth it....

We have relatives who went to Labadee a year or two ago and people they were with said the walking tour was NOT worth it...

for anyone that is interested - i did do the walking tour and loved it... for $18 pp, i think it was def. worth it... i learned alot about labadee and haiti.....

At first the locals werent happy that RCCL came there... however since it is a very poor country the guide said that RCCL has provided many opportunities for locals that they may never have had.... he said teachers/nurses make approx. $150-200 US DOLLARS PER MONTH!!! and policeman make approximately $300 US DOLLARS PER MONTH... In haiti, the minimum wage is $2.00 US per hour.... It was very interesting....
